I’m Daniel, an online personal trainer specialising in muscle building, fat loss, and sustainable training. I’ve been coaching since 2016 and work with people who want clear structure, accountability, and long-term results.

I hold a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science, along with Certificates III & IV in Fitness. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from beginners to well-trained individuals needing advanced guidance.

I coach people who want to train with purpose. This includes beginners building confidence, intermediate lifters seeking structure, and experienced individuals looking to refine technique, improve efficiency, and break through plateaus.

WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Online coaching gives you the expertise of a personal trainer without the cost of in-person sessions. Rather than standing beside you in the gym, I focus on building and refining your program, reviewing your training, nutrition, and habits, and supporting you through weekly calls, in-app tracking, and ongoing messaging.
How It Works
We start with a 1:1 goal-setting session, then build a fully customised program that covers your training, nutrition, and habits. Everything is managed through the app: your workouts, calories, daily habits, and progress tracking. Weekly check-ins ensure your plan evolves with you so you’re always moving forward.

The minimum commitment is 8 weeks through my entry-level program. This timeframe gives us enough space to build momentum, create reliable training patterns, and set you up with the fundamentals you need to progress. It’s the ideal starting point for those new to structured coaching, anyone returning after time away, or individuals who need guidance staying consistent before moving into more advanced phases.

Training plans are tailored to suit individual goals, preferences, and available resources. Regular progress reviews ensure the program stays engaging and effective.

The program is suitable for both beginners and experienced individuals. All training is personalised to your goals, and any beginner limitations will be addressed before you start.

Injuries are taken seriously, and programs can include targeted strengthening, mobility, or stretching as needed. If training isn’t advisable, a referral to a specialist will be recommended, and your program adjusted to align with your treatment plan. We aim to work closely with your healthcare provider to support safe, effective, and accountable progress.

Yes, the program is fully online. You’ll need access to the iOS App Store or Google Play to download the 2 Step Fitness app. Weekly progress calls are conducted via Google Meet, with phone calls as a backup if video isn't available. Group calls are only available through Google Meet.
