I have a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, and hold Certificates III and IV in Fitness with extensive experience as a personal trainer since 2016.
My passion is helping people build muscle, lose fat, and feel strong and confident in their bodies, with a focus on sustainable, injury-free progress.
I'm committed to achieving real, measurable results. My approach is all about strategic planning, building strong habits, maintaining consistency, and setting clear, achievable goals.

Weekly calls, in-app tracking, and ongoing messaging ensure I’m with you every step of the way. Plus, you can submit video clips of your technique for personalised feedback too.

From there, we create a fully customised program tailored to your needs—covering workouts, nutrition, and daily habits. Everything lives in our user-friendly app, where you log workouts, track calories, and check off personalised habits. Weekly progress calls via Google Meet (or phone) let us tweak your plan to ensure results.

If it’s determined that training isn’t advisable due to an injury, a referral to a specialist will be recommended, and the program adjusted to accommodate their treatment plan. Collaboration with your healthcare provider ensures that the right exercises are integrated, keeping everything in one place for effective, accountable progress.

Yes, the program is fully online. You’ll need access to the iOS App Store or Google Play to download the 2 Step Fitness app. Weekly progress calls are conducted via Google Meet, with phone calls as a backup if video isn't available. Group calls are only available through Google Meet.
