I have a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, and hold Certificates III and IV in Fitness with extensive experience as a personal trainer since 2016.
My passion is helping people build muscle, lose fat, and feel strong and confident in their bodies, with a focus on sustainable, injury-free progress.
I'm committed to achieving real, measurable results. My approach is all about strategic planning, building strong habits, maintaining consistency, and setting clear, achievable goals.

While those with experience may progress faster due to already developed skills, beginners thrive by starting with manageable exercises that build up to complex exercises later. Weekly video reviews help refine technique, and the program emphasises consistency, gym confidence, and gradual progression. Though progress may be slower than with in-person training, the program excels in fostering accountability and independence, often surpassing traditional personal training in these areas.

Injuries are taken seriously, and many benefit from specific exercises, such as strengthening, mobility work, or stretching. If it’s determined that training isn’t advisable due to an injury, a referral to a specialist will be recommended, and the program adjusted to accommodate their treatment plan. Collaboration with your healthcare provider ensures that the right exercises are integrated, keeping everything in one place for effective, accountable progress.

Yes, the program is fully online. You’ll need access to the iOS App Store or Google Play to download the 2 Step Fitness app. Weekly progress calls are conducted via Google Meet, with phone calls as a backup if video isn't available. Group calls are only available through Google Meet.
